Ship Waste Recycling

We aim to recycle a minimum of 90 percent of the waste from ships calling at Port of Aarhus by 2030. Therefore, we are actively working to ensure an efficient reception system that contributes to environmentally sound management of ship operational waste.

We want to make it easy for ships to dispose of waste in our port, which can be a contribution to reducing pollution in the marine environment.
