Recruitment Process
All applications must be sent through our online recruitment system. This allows us to register and process all applicants equally, comply with the Data Protection Act, and ensure that all applications are kept confidential and can be deleted at the end of the recruitment process.
To ensure involvement in the recruitment of new colleagues, we always appoint an assessment committee consisting of both managers and employees, who together review the applications. As an applicant, this means that you can get a better sense of who we are and who you will be working with, as your closest colleagues are the best ones to tell you about everyday life at the Port of Aarhus.
As part of the recruitment process for the second interview round, we typically use a DiSC® Workplace profile.
